FAB 24 employs both MIG and TIG welding processes and techniques for the assembly of fabrications in aluminium, galvanised steel, mild steel and stainless steel substrates.

The mating parts of our welded assemblies are developed and precision pre-punched prior to folding, thus negating the need for any gap filling welds. The result is a much smaller and neater weld bead with the minimal amount of heat induced distortion visible.

FAB 24 has developed an aluminium welding technique for the assembly of true curves which uses both MIG and TIG processes. The technique minimises the oil canning effect usually associated with welded assemblies.
